3 RECIPES CEREAL BARS IN THE THERMOMIX

1. HEALTH BARS

Let’s start with the recipe more healthy. If you like to control the silhouette so these are ideas for you.

-Ingredients-

  • 200 g of oats
  • 5 c. tablespoon honey
  • 2 c. tablespoon almonds
  • 2 c. tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 2 c. tablespoon grated coconut
  • 2 c. tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 c. tea chia seeds
  • 1 c. tea dried fruits

-Mode of preparation-

  1. Start by chopping the almonds in the thermomix. Program 15 seconds, speed 9. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add the dried fruit and double-tap the turbo.
  3. After crushed, add all of the ingredients except the oats, and program 2 minutes at 50ºC on speed 2.
  4. Pour the oats into the cup and wrap very well with the help of the spatula.
  5. Place the prepared on parchment paper and flatten slightly with a roll of kitchen.
  6. Lastly bake in the oven for about 25 minutes at 160ºC. As soon as they are remove, let cool and cut into bar form.

2. CEREAL BARS APPLE

– INGREDIENTS –

  • 230gr of oats
  • 350gr apple reineta, cut into cubes
  • 150gr butter
  • 170gr sugar yellow
  • 20gr of honey
  • ½ Teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 50gr of sultanas

-Mode of preparation-

  1. Start by pre-heating the oven to 180ºC.
  2. Place in a cup of apple cut into cubes , 30gr of butter, and set to 10 minutes, 100ºC, speed, and spoon reverse.
  3. Add the rest of the butter, the sugar, the honey, the cinnamon and the sultanas, and program 2 minutes at 100ºC on speed 1.
  4. Once you add the oats and fold in very well with the spatula.
  5. Place the prepared on a oven tray lined with parchment paper, and light-to-bake approximately 20 minutes.

3. BARS SEEDS AND JAM

Have you thought about add jam to their cereal bars? This recipe teaches you how to do it. For this recipe we chose the compote of pumpkin, but you can decide for the other to taste.

  • 200 g of oats
  • 100gr of dried fruit
  • 20gr of flax seeds ground
  • 20gr of chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 75gr of compote pumpkin
  • 50ml of oil
  • 50ml milk
  • 50gr of brown sugar
  • 1 c. tablespoon cinnamon

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Start by putting in a bowl the ground flax, chia and oats.
  2. Place the dried fruit in cup and press 3 times on the turbo option.
  3. Join in the cup of the oats with the seeds. Program 10 seconds at the speed
  4. Place the remaining ingredients in the glass and program 5 minutes at 50ºC on speed 2.
  5. With the spatula involves all the ingredients very well.
  6. Finally place the prepared on parchment paper and spread with a roller of the kitchen.
  7. Bake in the oven pre-heated to 180ºC for about 25 minutes.
